What is TIRC?

Trondheim InterRail Centre - TIRC - is a hostel located in the grand Student Society building. TIRC is run by students who enjoy the life of travelling. We provide the cheapest bed and breakfast in Trondheim, Norway. You can bring your own sleeping bag, or rent sheets from us.

What do we offer?

The sleeping facilities are only mixed dorms. We serve breakfast between 7:00 and 11:00 in the morning. At breakfast we offer fresh bread, cereals and of course tea and coffee. We have an open café the whole day. (from 7:00 PM to 2:00 AM) It's a great place to meet students from Trondheim, other interrailers or just to hang out. We are ONLY OPEN DURING THE NORWEGIAN SUMMER HOLIDAY, from early July till mid August.

Trondheim InterRail Centre can offer you free internet access, international newspapers, barbeque possibilities, brochures of other interresting places in Norway, timetables for trains and busses in Norway and lots of help on the way.
